The Voice of God
Ive been a student of Bible
prophesy for more than thirty
years, but when my first
grandchild was born some fifteen
years ago, I couldnt
remember reading anything about
what happens to children in the
Rapture. Do Children fall under
the grace of their Grandparents
or are they left behind with a
non-believer parent? I got out my
Bible and diligently searched.
But the answer eluded me and I
found myself troubled in a way I
had never been troubled before.
Finally, I threw up my hands and
went directly to God with the
problem.
I dont remember the exact
words of my prayer, but I must
have asked him if my
granddaughter would go with me in
the Rapture. And then . . . for
the first time in my life . . . I
heard the voice of God. He said,
Thy and thy whole
household. It was not a
booming voice from without, but
rather a voice in my mind
suddenly there without the
slightest measure of forethought.
I was stunned and instantly
opened my eyes.
For days after, I pondered the
experience and slowly began to
understand the perfection of His
words. I love the King James
Version of the Bible and I might
not have believed it was God had
He not spoken in the old English.
I now have six grandchildren and
when He said, thy whole
household, He included them
as well. He even knew their
non-believing parents would
become believers. And best of
all, he told me I would see the
Rapture. I have not heard his
voice since. But then, what else
do I need to know?
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 For the
Lord himself shall descend from
heaven with a shout, with the
voice of the archangel, and with
the trump of God: and the dead in
Christ shall rise first: Then we
which are alive and remain shall
be caught up together with them
in the clouds, to meet the Lord
in the air: and so shall we ever
be with the Lord.
