Commandments Returned
Roy Moore brought back the
very same monument that got
him removed as Chief Justice
of the Alabama Supreme Court
back in 2003. Moore disobeyed
a federal judge's order to
remove the Ten Commandments
monument from the state's
judicial building. The
monument was placed at One
Dexter venue on the first
floor of the Foundation for
Moral Law, a group run by
Moore and his wife, Kayla,
located just blocks aways
from where it was first
displayed.

Commandments Removed From
Oklahoma Capitol
A 4,800-pound Ten
Commandments monument on the
Oklahoma Capitol grounds was
removed by workers in the
dark on Monday and
transported to the offices of
a private conservative think
tank. The move followed a
decision in June from the
Oklahoma Supreme Court that
the statue violates a state
constitutional prohibition on
the use of public property to
support any sect,
church, denomination or
system of religion.

district judge who said the
display crossed the
line.
